AIRBNB photography: Tiny, but cosy apartment

Instead of hotel photography

Besides hotel photography projects, we often photograph apartments for interior designers, investors, and owners. We pay attention to every detail when creating these property photos, where the biggest challenge is narrow spaces. In this project, the apartment's area was only 40 square meters, with a living room and one bedroom.

The essence is to present the apartment in our interior photos so that viewers can connect the spaces based on the photos. Therefore, when choosing compositions, we particularly focus on making it clear where things are located, how big the rooms are, and the available space for movement.

Highlighting Details in Interior Photography

We were particularly impressed by the wallpapers in the apartment. Throughout the property photography process, we paid special attention to playing with lights and shadows, which enhance the mood and depth of the interior spaces. We usually reinforce this with flash to make the colors pop even more.

Utilizing the natural light influx, we aimed to convey the colors and friendliness of the apartment in the photos, while using artificial lighting to emphasize the unique elements of the space, textures, materials, and the quality of furniture.

During property photography, it's not just about the rooms and spaces, but also about the functional features of the apartment. In the kitchen and bathroom photos, we placed special emphasis on space utilization and modern furnishings, which enhance the value and appeal of the apartment to potential tenants.

Post-processing of Real Estate Photos

During the post-processing of interior photos, we paid great attention to fine-tuning the colors and lights to ensure that the images reflect the apartment's true atmosphere as accurately as possible. The interior photos of the apartment are used for short-term rentals (AIRBNB) by the owner, who we've worked with for both this and previous properties, and likely will continue to do so in the future.
